• Residential address, including barangay, city/municipality, province, and postal code
• Email address and mobile phone number
• Government-issued identification number (e.g., PhilSys number, passport number, driver's license number)

2.2 Financial Data

• GCash or Maya account details (mobile number associated with the e-wallet)
• Bank account details provided for withdrawal purposes (account name, account number, bank name)
• Transaction history, including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, dates, and payment methods
• Source of funds documentation where required for KYC compliance

2.3 Gaming & Account Data

• Account username and encrypted password
• Game history, including games played, stakes, outcomes, and session durations
• Bonus and promotion history
• Responsible gaming settings, including deposit limits, session limits, and self-exclusion status

7007jl does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

6.1 Service Providers

Third-party service providers who assist 7007jl in operating the platform, including payment processors (GCash, Maya, and partner banks), KYC and identity verification providers, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, customer support platform providers, and fraud prevention and risk management services. All service providers are contractually bound to process your data only on 7007jl's instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection law.

6.2 Regulatory & Law Enforcement Authorities

7007jl may disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), or other Philippine government authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive. Such disclosures are made in strict compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

6.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of 7007jl's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of the transaction. You will be notified of any such transfer and the privacy practices of the acquiring entity before your data is transferred.

8. Data Retention

• Account and identity data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, as required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act and BIR requirements.
• Gaming history: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of each gaming session.
• Customer support records: Retained for two (2) years from the date of resolution of the relevant support request.
• Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw your consent, plus one (1) year thereafter as evidence of the consent.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with 7007jl's data disposal procedures.

9. Data Security

7007jl implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include:

To exercise any of these rights, please contact 7007jl's Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 14. 7007jl will respond to all data subject requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt, as required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules.

11. Children's Privacy

The 7007jl platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. 7007jl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If 7007jl becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from an individual under the age of 21, it will immediately close the relevant account, delete all associated personal data, and refund any real-money balance to the payment method used for deposit. If you believe that a minor has registered an account on the 7007jl platform, please contact our support team immediately.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

In certain circumstances, 7007jl may transfer your personal data to service providers or infrastructure located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud hosting providers or KYC verification services operating in other jurisdictions. Any such transfers are carried out in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules, including the requirement that the recipient country provides an adequate level of data protection or that appropriate contractual safeguards are in place.

7007jl will not transfer your personal data to a jurisdiction that does not provide adequate data protection without first implementing appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission.
