1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 7007jl ("7007jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 7007jl online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at 7007jl.app and any associated subdomains or applications.

By accessing the 7007jl platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 7007jl platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with 7007jl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 7007jl, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 7007jl platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

7007jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of age, or proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming on 7007jl, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 7007jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 7007jl employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7007jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals therein.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your 7007jl account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change, you must update your account information promptly. 7007jl shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR requirements, 7007jl may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at certain deposit thresholds. KYC documentation may include a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation where required.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 7007jl account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

7007jl will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 7007jl that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You must notify 7007jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 7007jl shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or have delayed in reporting a security breach.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7007jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and direct bank transfer to participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.

Cryptocurrency of any kind is strictly not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method on the 7007jl platform. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are also not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 per transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your account.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements and KYC verification. 7007jl aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. 7007jl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions on the 7007jl platform are subject to monitoring for compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). 7007jl is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 7007jl are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

7007jl strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements (known as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage"), and any other conduct that 7007jl determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute an abuse of its promotional offers.

Where bonus abuse is identified, 7007jl reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the account, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of abusive activity.

6.4 Promotional Changes

7007jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players through the platform or by email.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 7007jl platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by 7007jl or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are publicly disclosed within the game information panels.

Each game on the 7007jl platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, while these Terms shall govern all account, financial, and conduct-related matters.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 7007jl's records shall be the definitive source of truth regarding game outcomes and account balances. 7007jl reserves the right to void any game round affected by a technical error and to refund the relevant stake to the player's account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7007jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time
• Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms
• Creating or operating more than one account on the platform
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or its games
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or security systems
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7007jl staff or other players through any communication channel
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law

9. Responsible Gaming

7007jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and maintain control over their spending.

9.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 7007jl platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9.2 Age Restriction

Access to real-money gaming on 7007jl is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine law. 7007jl employs age verification measures and will close any account found to belong to an underage player, with all balances forfeited.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7007jl platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive property of 7007jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7007jl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 7007jl.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7007jl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7007jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7007jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if 7007jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7007jl does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.

12. Privacy & Data

7007jl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the 7007jl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7007jl may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other Philippine government authorities in compliance with applicable law. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

13. Amendments

7007jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 7007jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

14. Termination

7007jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon account closure, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification and the deduction of any amounts owed to 7007jl.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 7007jl's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 7007jl, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, players may also file a complaint with PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution channels.
